Veridos Matsoukis : Two Awards at the Industrial Production & Manufacturing Awards 2024

Gold Award for Lean Manufacturing: The company excelled in the "Lean Manufacturing" category for its structured Lean Manufacturing Excellence program, implemented in partnership with EY’s Supply Chain and Operations team. This initiative enhanced production efficiency in its passport production lines, incorporating modern lean techniques across three production lines and eight machines, while dedicating over 200 hours to employee training. 
 

Silver Award for Productivity & Performance: Veridos Matsoukis achieved remarkable recognition for its growth over the past five years. The company significantly increased production capacity for legacy products like passports and eCovers, introduced new product lines such as polycarbonate ID cards, and delivered outstanding results in financial and operational metrics.
